Micro UNITque filter element  -  new!

The latest addition to the GMG family of power filters is the Mikro UNITque modular unit. This very compact filter, packed with technology. It will serve its purpose effectively when placed in front of quality integrated amplifiers, filter units and wherever the system needs to be upgraded to the next level! The possibilities are almost limitless because the micro UNITque filter unit has a very high filtering effect and, thanks to the technologies used, does not behave like an embedded impedance that is the enemy of dynamics. Great care has been given to the internal layout and PCB design with the highest quality components selected, which is key throughout the project. All of this is housed in a thick-walled stainless steel chassis, ensuring that EMC interference does not get in or out. All filter components are discrete, of the highest quality.

Thanks to technology, you won't just find clean voltage in the power supply of your home today, but also a lot of "pollution", so-called "harmonic noise". This is caused by large factories and powerful motors that take their power from the mains, as well as by the 'transmitting networks' - FM radio, 3G, 4G and 5G mobile networks, home Wi-Fi, and even communication between devices via Bluetooth. First and foremost, we are ordinary guys from Moravia who love music and have had an extraordinary relationship with technology since childhood. Music and technology have been with us all our lives, and especially when we were growing up, the combination of music and reproduction influenced us to an unprecedented degree. Already in high school, our passion was manifested and culminated in the final work of the practical exam at the industrial school - the construction of a DUAL MONO amplifier (Pavel), which is still functional today, although more than 20 years have passed since then, and a preamplifier (Petr) with operational amplifiers made of discrete components (very visionary for that time), which also still works today. Thanks to this hobby, we also tried our hand at creating custom sound systems for discos and the extreme sound systems for cars, so popular at the time.After college we worked, one as a developer for aerospace and military equipment and the other as a manager in the wholesale segment. Hi-Fi was still a big hobby for us and we bought individual components as the range of amplifiers, speakers and accessories was getting bigger.So it was not a problem for us to get access to high-end components, the problem was more financial, as we were starting families, dealing with housing etc.It was a different story when we came to the issue of filtration. Due to the fact that Pavel works in the field of military, transport and aerospace technology development, where there is a huge emphasis on direct and ambient interference, we had a clear idea of what the filter should look like and what the internal design should be.But here we came up against it, we found out that none of the manufacturers offer a comprehensive solution. Every single solution promised an interesting view of one part of the product, but it always solved only part of the problem and the other possible propagation of interfering voltages was not addressed, which degraded the final effect to some extent. And investing a lot of money in a component that you know doesn't solve everything you expect it to?This was the moment we were at the birth of the Harmonic Hammer product. Our goal was to develop a device that would filter out all types of interference, offer inexhaustible dynamics, and still fit in with the best of what's on the market today.And so our family business was slowly born, it was 2016. Three years later, the product was presented in its final form.
