FTVS-910 110 Ohm:

The most outstanding feature of the FTVS-910 is the 5N pure silver conductor, which is produced by advanced manufacturing processes including continuous casting process in high-frequency electric furnace, 19-step cold rolling, drawing process and final annealing operation. The insulator is also significant in enhancing the transmission capabilities of the cable. In order to reduce signal loss, we have used PFA, which provides excellent electrical insulation and low electrical permittivity. And we have also selected PE (polyethylene), which keeps the permittivity to a minimum and increases the flexibility of the cable. This layering of these different materials not only enhances the electrical capabilities of the conductor, but also dampens internal vibrations by changing the resonance point. The exceptionally quiet background of the FTVS-910 is provided by a three-layer shielding structure. The first semiconductor layer dampens static noise and electrical microwaves. Contact pin
The center contact pin is cut from a 4mm round bar of 4N silver by precision CNC machining. It is finished by mechanical rolling and hand polishing piece by piece. And the pure silver center pin is rhodium-plated to prevent rusting in long-term use.

Teflon insulator
The insulator around the center pin is a significant factor in increasing the transmission capabilities of the cable. In order to reduce signal loss, we have used PTFE, which provides excellent electrical insulation and low electrical permittivity.

Outer shell body
The body and cover of the SLSC, made of brass and processed by CNC machining, have high density and high shielding performance compared to the existing lost wax processed body.

Its surface treatment is hard chrome plating, which is applied in the same way as the camera body. The grooved pattern on the surface of the SLSC improves handling properties.
