The brand new generation of high-end silver conductors from Neotech Cable is here! Once again, it offers a higher level of clarity, musicality, and precision thanks to two hybrid conductors that offer pure 5N silver and pure gold in two parallel conductors. This is the first time gold has been used in this category of cables! As a result, the cable offers incredible fidelity, excellent recording plasticity and perfect frequency balance, which is not exactly common for silver! So don't hesitate, here is a cable that is priced in the mid-range hi-fi class, but thanks to silver and gold as a perfect alloy in two conductors, it offers sound that is two categories above!

Technical terms:

UP-OCC – pure monocrystalline metal structure without typical crystals on the surface, the highest quality currently available, technological know-how from Neotech Dr. Ohno.

OCC – technologically modified conductor in the form of cold rolling of OFC metal and its densification by up to 80% of the original thickness, followed by surface polishing of the conductor and treatment in a cryogenic chamber.

OFC – a drawn conductor with a long-grain structure, which is about 50 times better for sound conduction than the standard manufacturing process.

The term flat conductor – as is well known, sound propagates along the surface of a conductor, and if we want to maximize the surface area for better transmission of all frequencies, we must either increase the number of conductors or increase the conductor circumference in the case of round conductors. This brings with it problems such as higher conductor prices and thicker cables requiring better shielding. Three years ago, Neotech came up with an elegant flat conductor solution. One flat conductor is approximately 2.80–3.24 times the thickness of a standard round conductor with a thickness of 0.80–1.20 mm.

Neotech NEI-1002 - UP-OCC interconnect cable with silver triple shielding

Neotech NEI-1002 is a modulation cable consisting of two silver monocrystalline UP-OCC conductors with an admixture of gold (approx. 5%). These conductors are kept at the same distance and insulated by a PE sheath thanks to the use of PE tubes. The triple shielding drastically reduces interference with a layer of PTFE, Al-Mylar foil and silver-plated copper braiding. The cable is finally covered with a PVC sheath and nylon braiding. Important note: even with the braiding, the cable is 17 mm in diameter, so it will only fit into one connector, namely the NEX and NER OCC series from Neotech Cable. It will not fit anywhere else, not even with other brands!
