The base material is deoxidized phosphor bronze (thickness 1.4 mm) for strength and safe contact. Once connected, they can carry a load of 7 kg. The surface is thoroughly polished twice. The production process is started with a primer. Plating P-037 / C-037 is a combination of silver and rhodium, which were selected on the basis of repeated listening tests. The inner silver layer is 1.5 microns thick and the outer rhodium layer is 0.3 microns thick. 30% PBT filled with glass has excellent machine properties and provides excellent electrical insulation. The highly rigid P-037 / C-037 body effectively dampens high-speed vibrations. All screws, which were originally designed for the P / C series, are made of high-strength stainless steel, which is non-magnetic. In addition, the cable cannot be separated from the plug with a force of less than 30 kg, which is an important safety feature.

■ Stainless steel screws
The P / C series screws are made of highly rigid stainless steel, so the screw head will not collapse even if you give them too much force. In addition, because it is a non-magnetic material, it helps to achieve a high S / N ratio without being magnetized in its connecting part.
