Currently the best cable from Furutech in the NCF sub-brand. The cable offers unprecedented bass quality, strength and clarity of imaging. Anchoring the music in the space and precision! Hard to find a comparison in the range of signal cables and other brands on the market! Silver wires give you more air and space in your recording, but take away focus and accuracy in the mids and feel bass. So the bottom line is that if a copper wire is really extra high quality, it's a lesser evil than a pure silver wire. Personally, I recommend it for fine-tuned equipment where you just want to go up a category with the cable.
FURUTECH DAS-4.1 e-DUCC OCC
Balanced OCC DUCC copper Ø10mm interconnect cable
This Furutech DAS-4.1 balanced interconnect cable offers absolutely outstanding design quality, allowing you to design your own high-end audio cables. It features two conductors made of three layers braided in opposite directions. The inner layer is made of α-OCC copper and the other two are made of α-DUCC copper, materials that ensure perfect electrical conductivity. The cryogenic treatment of the Alpha (α) conductors allows the material to be optimized for increased performance.
Each conductor is insulated with a polypropylene (PP) jacket and held in place by a polyester filler. Triple shielding is then used to ward off interference that could alter signal integrity. The whole thing is protected by a double PVC jacket, one of which is NCF, and dressed in a beautiful blue-black knitted polypropylene jacket.
