Elliptical PC-Triple C conductor with silk Teflon insulation. For the absolute-POWER CORD conductor we use the elliptical single conductor of the world's first sound conductor PC-Triple C made by forging, which is an extremely strong size with a production limit. The elliptical single line has no peak in the frequency band. In addition, the insulation material uses a special structure that combines natural silk and Teflon, which currently boasts the highest peak insulation properties. The relative permittivity (power to stop current) of the PVC (PVC) insulation used for ordinary power cables is 5.6, but the relative permittivities of natural silk and Teflon are 2.1 and 2.2, resulting in energy loss. It provides tremendous power supply possibilities.

Material:

■ Contacts
The base material is deoxidized phosphor bronze (1.4 mm thick) for strength and secure contact. When connected, they can support a load of 7 kg. The surface is thoroughly polished twice.

■ Plating
The manufacturing process is started with a primer coating. The material, which has been stamped as a component, is polished by hand piece by piece after barrel polishing.
The P-037/C-037 plating is a combination of silver and rhodium, which were selected based on repeated listening tests. The inner silver layer is 1.5 microns thick and the outer rhodium layer is 0.3 microns thick.

■ Body
The 30% glass-filled PBT has excellent mechanical properties and provides excellent electrical insulation. The highly rigid body of P-037/C-037 effectively dampens high-speed vibration. All screws, which were originally designed for the P/C series, are made of high-strength stainless steel, which is non-magnetic. In addition, the cable cannot be separated from the plug by a force of less than 30 kg, which is an important safety feature.

■ Stainless steel screws
The P/C series screws are made of high-strength stainless steel, so the screw head will not collapse even if you put too much force on them. In addition, because it is a non-magnetic material, it helps to achieve a high S/N ratio without being magnetized at its connecting part.

■ Outer cover
The outer cover of the P/C series is made of PC (PolyCarbonate) for its rigidity and hardness. It helps to dampen small vibrations in quick response and reduce distortion due to its excellent mechanical strength.
