Features

Uses the precision "102 SSC" driver that Oyaide Electric is proud of. To avoid contamination by impurities as much as possible, we use only pure copper, which contains no recycled copper among the copper that complies with JIS C 1011. 100% of the impurities adhering to the surface are removed by polishing. To smooth the flow of electrical signals flowing on the surface of the wire, the wire is thinned with a natural diamond matrix to improve the smoothness of the wire surface. The wire is thinned to a machining accuracy of ±1 μm, far exceeding the standard error tolerance of ±8 μm. It is the first cable has been adopted the 3E wire rope structure with different diameter with high density.(Patent pending). It increases the density and roundness of strands and stabilizes the electrical properties. Mechanical stress on the wire is eliminated by annealing twice. Storage

Our products are designed for a special market where a slight vibration caused by a loose connection or imperfect material selection could become a major failure.
■ Contacts
The base material is deoxidized phosphor bronze (1.4 mm thick) for strength and secure contact. Once connected, they can take a load of over 7 kg. The surface is thoroughly polished twice.
■ Plating
The manufacturing process is started with a primer coating. The material, which has been stamped as a component, is polished by hand piece by piece on a machine-polished roller.
P-079 / C-079 gold plating, which were selected based on repeated listening tests. The gold layer is 1.5 microns thick.
■ Body
The 30% glass-filled PBT has excellent machine capability and provides excellent electrical isolation. The highly rigid body of the P-079/C-079e effectively dampens high-speed vibration. All screws, which were originally designed for the P/C series, are made of high-strength stainless steel, which is a non-magnetic substance. In addition, the cable cannot be separated from the plug by a force of less than 30 kg, which is an important safety feature.
■ Stainless steel screws
P/C series screws are made of high-strength stainless steel, so their head will not collapse even if you apply too much force. In addition, because it is a non-magnetic material, it helps to achieve a high S/N ratio without being magnetized at its connecting part.
■ Outer cover
The outer cover of the P/C series is made of PC (PolyCarbonate) for rigidity and hardness. It helps dampen minor vibrations in a fast response and reduces distortion due to its superior mechanical strength.
